We ship across the United States. Orders usually arrive in 7–14 business days, and shipping is free on orders over $100.

How it works
We prepare your order within 1–3 business days. Our pieces come from a small group of makers and suppliers, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package, on different days.
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is in transit.
Delays
Holidays, customs checks and carrier backlogs can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, email info@terrarium3d.com with your order number and we'll find it or make it right.
Other countries
We focus on the United States and Israel. If you're ordering from somewhere else, email us before you order and we'll confirm whether we can ship to you and how long it will take.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can change it until the order ships.
