You can return items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund.
Changed your mind
Email info@terrarium3d.com within 14 days of the day your order arrives. Include your order number and the items you want to return. We'll send you return instructions.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by you.
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return request.
Customers in Israel keep their full cancellation rights under Israeli consumer protection law.
Damaged or wrong item
Ceramics and stone can be fragile in transit. If something arrives broken, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you, and you won't be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancel before it ships
Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full.
