Where is my order?
Your shipping email has a tracking number. Orders usually arrive in 7–14 business days. See Shipping.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Our pieces come from different makers, so items in one order can ship separately and arrive on different days.
How much is shipping?
In the US: $8 for orders under $100, free from $100. In Israel: $6 under $80, free from $80.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. See Returns.
Something arrived broken. What now?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Write it in the "Note to the studio" box in your cart before checkout.
Do the photos match the real thing?
Ceramics, stone and wood are natural materials, so colour, grain and glaze vary a little from piece to piece. That variation is part of their character.
